TOJA Plum
Ripe plum, Serbian oak and the time required for the rakija to develop its full character.
Toja Plum is made from carefully selected Crvena Ranka and Požegača plums. Following controlled fermentation and traditional double distillation, the rakija is matured in Serbian oak barrels, where it develops its brilliant golden amber colour, fullness and beautifully rounded character.
The aroma brings together ripe plum, fine oak and delicate notes of vanilla. The flavour is balanced, layered and long-lasting, with a finish that reveals subtle notes of tobacco and dark chocolate.
