Toja Quince is made from carefully selected, aromatic Leskovac quince. Controlled fermentation and carefully managed distillation preserve its distinctive fruit character, while maturation in specially prepared oak barrels brings fullness, balance and added depth.
The expressive aroma of ripe quince is complemented by the gentle warmth of oak in the background. The flavour is full, rounded and persistent, with a long and pleasant finish in which the freshness of the fruit remains clearly recognisable.
